Appointments
B&B 's scheduling procedure is structured to permit the proper amount of time to complete each service. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so B&B 's staff may attend to each of our guests with ample time and attention. Please arrive at least 25 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow for check in, consultation and for you to enjoy a variety of teas or other refreshments before your appointment.

Cancellations
B&B requires a credit card to secure all appointments. Guests who give less than 24-hour notice or fail to show for their scheduled appointment will automatically incur a charge of 100% of the treatment fee.

Payments
B&B accepts cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard.

Gratuities
At your discretion, B&B personnel graciously accept gratuities.

Gift Certificates
B&B offers customized gift certificates for any service or dollar amount. If the cost of the service has increased when the gift certificate is redeemed, the difference will be collected. Gift certificates cannot be combined with any specials, coupons, discounts or promotional offers. Gift certificates do not include a gratuity unless otherwise indicated.

Series of Treatments
Any series of treatments requires full pre-payment. No gratuity is included.

Spa Packages
No refunds will be issued for packages. A spa credit will be offered in lieu of a refund. No gratuities are included in spa packages.

Lost Items
B&B regrets that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.

Return Policy
All product returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. A retail credit will be issued that may not be used for services. B&B is unable to issue a credit for returned products that are less than two thirds full.

No Smoking
B&B is a smoke-free facility.

Parking
Parking is available in the main Northampton indoor parking garage as well as municipal lots across from the garage and other locations at a nominal fee. Parking in Northampton can sometimes be a challenge, therefore, please allow sufficient time for finding a space.

Services and Prices
B&B is committed to bringing new technologies and treatments to its guests. Therefore, all prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Children
To ensure a tranquil and serene spa environment where our guests can truly relax, B&B is unable to accommodate children who cannot adapt to the spa ambience. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cell Phones
In order to preserve the ambience and comfort of all our guests, B&B asks that non-essential cell phones and pagers be turned off or left on vibrate mode only.

Private Parties
The spa can be reserved for private functions. Please contact the Spa Director for more information.
